What is ENTRUPY?

Entrupy is a technology that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to authenticate selected luxury handbags and accessories. We submit microscopic images of logos, leathers, hardware and materials via the Entrupy device and app where the algorithms will score the item as either authentic or unverified based on the images submitted.

 

 

How long does it take to authenticate an item?

It normally takes between 3-5 minutes to submit an item for authentication through the Entrupy app with results being issued within 60 seconds to 60 minutes. Hermès being the exception to this rule which can take up to 24 hours.

 

How accurate are the results?

We are proud to say that Entrupy technology accuracy rating is 99.1%. But even better is that we back every certificate Entrupy provides a financial guarantee. So, in case Entrupy gets it wrong, we will buy that item from you covering your financial loss within one year after the certificate was issued.

 

Which brands can you authenticate?

Entrupy technology currently supports the top 15 luxury brands like Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Celine, Chanel, Chloe, Coach, Dior, Fendi, Goyard, Gucci, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Saint Laurent. Entrupy has plans to offer support to new brands and categories in the future.

 

Can you authenticate an item for me if I send you photos?
