2. elvogue.com business purpose and mode of operations

2.1. Elvogue OÜ operates as international online marketplace for second-hand designer fashion and accessories under the elvogue.com brand.

2.2. elvogue.com is a go-between platform for sellers and buyers who wish to sell and buy designer bags, shoes and accessories @ elvoguec.com.

3. Information that we collect and communicate to third parties

3.1. elvogue.com as the controller of your personal data, collects personal data for the purpose of identifying and communicating with the users. Personal data collection may occur with the client’s consent in the following ways:

3.1.1. providing personal information by user on our Site;

4.6.2. sellers and buyers who process the data related to the sold/bought items shipment and other related activities;
4.6.3. delivery services which handle the processing of data needed to perform shipping, delivery and returns for products purchased on our Site;
4.6.4. IT services for processing data concerning management, development and server maintenance services for elvogue.com;

5.9. A data subject has the right to demand the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning the data subject from the processor of his or her personal data.

5.10. If processing of personal data is not permitted on the basis of law, a data subject has the right to demand:

5.10.2. termination of the disclosure or enabling access to the personal data;
5.10.3. deletion or closure of the collected personal data.

5.11. A data subject has a right of recourse to the Data Protection Inspectorate or a court if the data subject finds that his or her rights are violated in the processing of personal data, unless a different procedure for contestation is provided by law.

6. What are cookies?
